All solid wood items in our product range are natural materials and variation in colour, texture and grain is to be expected. Grains, cracks, and knots are natural occurrences and not defects. The unique character of each wood slab means that uniformity, tone or colour throughout the wood surface cannot be guaranteed.

1. Our shop only sells high quality and brand new products. And the quality of products is checked. If the damage caused by logistics transportation can not be used normally or if non-human damage within a year, free replacement parts.
2. Free shipping. Usually, it takes about 7-10 business days to deliver. (The specific logistics time is subject to the cargo ship sailing date and customs speed).
3. Pls allow 2-3cm size allowance due to manual measurement.
